Experienced professionals in the processing and freezing of the most commercial marine fish species.
We freeze only high quality fish, in the seaside locations of the first transshipment of the fish itself, in order to maintain and guarantee its organoleptic qualities up to the consumer.

In the Mediterranean we also procure frozen crustaceans and cephalopods on board the fishing boats themselves. This fleet, made up of over 70 fishing boats, specializes in fishing for Red Shrimp, Striped Prawn, Purple Shrimp, Langoustine and Pink Shrimp. The extraction capacity of these crustaceans, by species and by "fishing trip (7/10 days)" of each single vessel, range from 1t to 2t. |
